VO Reconditioning Training

Duration: 2 days or 14 hours

  • Approach customers according to their psychological profile
  • Know how to identify damage and value it correctly
  • Know the specificities of trade-ins for electric & hybrid vehicles > Negotiate your trade-in value with the customer

360° Resumption Training

Duration: 2 days or 14 hours

  • Know the challenges of VO in the automotive distribution ecosystem o Approach customers according to their psychological profile
  • Know how to identify damage remotely and value it correctly
